In my one-to-one work with clients, I noticed that there were common challenges in recovery that came up in my sessions. I began to think on how so many of us likely resonate with these experiences and would benefit from the same reflections and gentle exercises we were doing in sessions. I wanted to support others in a similar way, and so created this workbook. Here I have collected together the most common exercises I use in sessions to support people in healing from abuse.
